Ingredients:
🥑 2 ripe avocados
🍤 200 g cooked crayfish (or smoked salmon as an alternative)
🧀 100 g cream cheese
🍋 1 tablespoon lemon juice
🧄 1 garlic clove, crushed
🌿 Fresh herbs (chives or parsley)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Prepare the avocados:
Peel the avocados and remove the stone. Cut them into thin slices.
Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
Mix the cream cheese:
Mix the cream cheese with crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add a little lemon juice for extra freshness if desired.
Structure of the verrines:
Place a layer of avocado in the glasses.
Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
Then add the crayfish (or smoked salmon).

Finishing:
Garnish with fresh herbs and an extra squeeze of lemon juice for freshness.
Serve the verrines chilled for a delicious and elegant appetizer.
