Fantastic bolognese ragu

Ingredients:

500 g minced ๐Ÿฅฉ beef
1 onion, finely chopped ๐Ÿง…
2 garlic cloves, minced ๐Ÿง„
2 carrots, cut ๐Ÿฅ• into small cubes
2 celery stalks, cut ๐ŸŒฟ into small cubes
800 g diced tomatoes (canned) ๐Ÿ…
2 tbsp tomato paste ๐Ÿ…
350 ml beef stock ๐Ÿฅฃ
2 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
1 teaspoon dried oregano ๐ŸŒฟ
1 teaspoon dried basil ๐ŸŒฟ
Salt and pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
Fresh basil for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional) ๐Ÿง€
Spaghetti or other pasta of your choice ๐Ÿ

Instructions:

Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. ๐Ÿซ’๐Ÿ”ฅ
Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, carrots and celery. Saute until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. ๐Ÿง…๐Ÿง„๐Ÿฅ•

To add meat:
Add the ground beef to the pan and sautรฉ until the meat is browned. Make sure to crumble the meat well while baking. ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿณ
Tomatoes and herbs:
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth. Stir well. ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿฅฃ

To simmer:
