Ingredients:
🍋 2 lemons (thinly sliced)
🥒 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
🌿 10-12 fresh mint leaves
🧊 Ice cubes (to taste)
💧 1 liter of water
🍯 Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness
🧄 Optional: a small piece of ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
Instructions:
Preparation of the ingredients
Wash the lemons, cucumber and mint thoroughly. Cut the lemons and cucumber into thin slices and set aside.
Mix the ingredients
Fill a carafe or jug with water. Add the lemon slices, cucumber and mint leaves. For extra flavor, you can also add a few slices of ginger.
Add ice
Add ice cubes to the pitcher to keep the drink nice and cool. Stir well.
Add sweetness (optional)
If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
