Fresh Wraps with Cheese, Cucumber and Smoked Salmon ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿง€๐ŸŸ

Ingredients:

4 wraps
200g smoked salmon
100g cream cheese or herb cheese
1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
100g grated cheese (preferably young cheese or mozzarella)
A handful of arugula or baby spinach
Lemon juice to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Spread the cream cheese over the wraps in an even layer.
Divide the smoked salmon over the wraps.
Place the cucumber strips and arugula (or baby spinach) on top of the salmon.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and season with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Roll the wraps tightly and cut them in half.
Optional: Heat the wraps briefly in a grill pan for a crispy exterior.
Serving tip: Delicious as a light lunch or as a fresh snack! ๐ŸŒฏ๐Ÿ‹
